Foals of 2008: Highlight
High Light came as a true bonus to us. We had imported his dam, German State and Verband Premium mare Hofdame after the herd disposal at Gestüt Sommerlade in Germany in 2007 - and were happy to get our hands on not only such a well-breed mare, but also on our future dressage super star. Big surprise when we found out that she was pregnant - we knew she had been bred, but she had been declared "not in foal". So, instead of waiting 11 months, we only waited a little over three and by the end of may, Hofdame presented us with his stunning, absolutely special jet black colt of tremendous quality. He is the only get of the NMS Reserve Champion C'est Bon in all of North America and we think he knows he's very special in amyn ways!
